Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa

Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa is a teacher of Kundalini yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and a pioneer in the field of prenatal yoga.

In 2000, she published the guide Eight Human Talents: The Yoga Way to Restore the Balance and Serenity Within You through HarperCollins.

Gurmukh co-founded the Golden Bridge Yoga Center in Los Angeles, where she and her husband use to teach classes and workshops.

Today she travels the world with her Husband Gurushabd, and together they wholeheartedly share the Sacred teachings of Kundalini Yoga.

Gurushabd

In the early ‘80s, Gurmukh and Gurushabd pioneered Yogi Bhajan’s first Yoga Center in Los Angeles, a small and cozy studio that built a Community for Kundalini Yoga in Los Angeles.

Gurmukh and Gurushabd now have a home in The Greater World Earthship Community in New Mexico where they go to rest and relax. Gurmukh travels to New York City, to India several times a year, and to lots of beautiful places in between.

Today he travels the world with his Wife Gurmukh, and together they wholeheartedly share the Sacred teachings of Kundalini Yoga.
